Marshaling Yard

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS

Please note that vehicles needing to access the loading dock must report to the GSHE Marshaling Yard to receive a move-in pass prior to reporting to the Mobile Convention Center. Vehicles without a pass will not be allowed to unload in the dock area.

For move-out, vehicles needing to access the loading dock are again required to report to the Marshaling Yard prior to loading up their booth.

GSHE is utilizing a text-based system to communicate move-in and move-out information to exhibitors. Location services must be approved for the system to function properly. Vehicle drivers, click here to sign up. Drivers must still check in with marshalling staff upon arrival. 

Marshaling Yard is located in "RV City" on South Water Street just south of the convention center. Do not get on the interstate. Water street continues off to the right just before the I-10 entrance ramp. Click here for map pin to yard. GSHE will utilize the south end of this lot and have staff on site to assist. 

This area may be used for trailer parking during the week. It is park at your own risk, although police will patrol, so make sure to lock up them up.

Traveling I-65 South

Take exit 9 for I-165 South Downtown
I-165 becomes Water Street. 
Continue straight past convention center and angle right to stay on S. Water Street JUST BEFORE I-10 RAMP.

Continue along S. Water Street until you see marshaling yard signs.

The lot is on the right and GSHE marshaling volunteers are on site.
For Tractor Trailers: If your vehicle cannot make the turn into the lot, continue straight and get on I-10 west. Take the next exit 25A for Texas Street. Stay in the left lane where you will U-turn and get back on I-10 eastbound. Take exit 26A for Canal Street and make a right onto Water Street at the base of the ramp. Lot will be on your left with a better approach angle. 
 

Traveling I-10 Westbound from Florida:

Take exit 25A for Texas Street shortly after you exit the tunnel.

Stay in the left lane to U-turn under the bridge and get back on I-10 eastbound.
Take next exit 26A for Canal Street. At the base of the ramp you will see the lot directly ahead/slightly to the right of you. Make a right onto Water Street to access the entrance. Look for signs and GSHE marshalling volunteers.

Traveling I-10 Eastbound from Mississippi:

Take exit 26A for Canal Street.

At the base of the ramp you will see the lot directly ahead/slightly to the right of you. Make a right onto Water Street to access the entrance. Look for signs and GSHE marshaling volunteers.
