Marshaling Yard

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS

Please note that vehicles needing to access the loading dock must report to the GSHE Marshaling Yard to receive a move-in pass prior to reporting to the Mobile Convention Center. Vehicles without a pass will not be allowed to unload in the dock area.

If you do not need to access the loading dock, you do not need to visit the marshaling yard and may hand carry/small wagon your items in from the MCC parking garage below or public parking garage across the street from the convention center. The expo hall is on floor #2. MCC parking garage is accessed from the traffic light at the intersection of Water Street and Dauphin Street on the north end of the convention center.

For move-out, vehicles needing to access the loading dock are again required to report to the Marshaling Yard prior to loading up their booth.

GSHE is utilizing a text-based system to communicate move-in and move-out information to exhibitors. Location services must be approved for the system to function properly. Vehicle drivers, click here to sign up. Drivers must still check in with marshaling staff upon arrival. 

Marshaling Yard is located in the gravel lot immediately past the building located at 75 Beauregard Street. Map pin here. GSHE will utilize the half of the lot nearest Water Street. The far end must remain open for the Alabama State Port Authority. 
 

Traveling I-65 South

Take exit 9 for I-165 South Downtown.

Take a left at the first traffic light onto Beauregard Street.

In approximately 1,000’ exit right for “Truck Control” before the flyover.

Marshaling Yard is the gravel lot immediately on your right.

Look for signs and GSHE marshaling volunteers.
 

Traveling I-10 Westbound from Florida:

Take exit 26B for Water Street immediately as you exit the tunnel.

Continue straight on Water Street past the Mobile Convention Center.

Turn right onto Beauregard Street.

In approximately 1,000’ exit right for “Truck Control” before the flyover.

Marshaling Yard is the gravel lot immediately on your right.

Look for signs and GSHE marshaling volunteers.

 

Traveling I-10 Eastbound from Mississippi:

Take exit 26B Water Street/Downtown.

Continue straight on Water Street past the Mobile Convention Center.

Turn right onto Beauregard Street.

In approximately 1,000’ take exit right for “Truck Control” before the flyover.

Marshaling Yard is the gravel lot immediately on your right.

Look for signs and GSHE marshaling volunteers.
